SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 08/02/2017 at approximately 4:35pm the Vermont State Police initiated an investigation into a theft that had occurred during the previous week and current day on VT-100 in the town of Jacksonville, Windham County.  Members of the Vermont State Police out of the Westminster Barracks investigated the incident and subsequently arrested Mr. Timothy H. Dickinson, 27 of Whitingham for Retail Theft. Mr. Dickinson issued a citation to report to the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on September 19, 2017 at 8:00 am for arraignment.
