SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On August 12th, 2017, at approximately 1912 hours, a motor vehicle stop was executed on Interstate 89 South near Mile Marker 105 in Georgia. The operator was identified as Christopher Bigelow, and a DMV check confirmed his license is Criminally Suspended.  Bigelow also has current criminal court conditions not to drive any motor vehicles. Bigelow was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on September 18th at 1300 hours for Criminal DLS, and Violation of Conditions of Release.
