Press Release/Rutland Barracks/multi-agency saturation patrol

SATURATION PATROL

 

On 8-12-17 at 1720 hours Troopers based out of the Rutland State Police barracks, along with members of the Fair Haven and Castleton Police departments conducted a multi-agency directed patrol.  This patrol was concentrated on US Route 4 in the towns of Castleton and Fair Haven with the goal of traffic enforcement.  Several motor vehicle stops were initiated which resulted in a total of eight (8) Vermont civil violations and nine (9) written warnings being issued for various motor vehicle violations.
